Digital Learning drives culture of being the best

We have a strong culture of being the absolute best at what we do. The means giving our team the learning and development programmes to keep them ahead of the rest of the industry. Using innovative digital technology, mentoring, and learning on the job, we provide blended learning approaches with the pace and flexibility our team needs.

Digital Learning Day takes place in the last Thursday of February each year. It provides us with the perfect opportunity to celebrate how we are using innovative digital technology to help satisfy the development demands of our extremely talented team.

We have a learning culture that encourages our staff to look at different paths to grow their knowledge and digital technology is an important part of doing this. We use TalentLMS , a cloud-based solutions platform, to offer our people courses and information in a simple and accessible format.

Charlotte Wright, Learning & Development Manager at National Windscreens, comments about the value of digital learning in our industry:

“TalentLMS offers an intuitive digital platform which supplements training, coaching, and mentoring within the team. We want individuals to walk away from this learning approach feeling energised and engaged, with a sense of purpose and an enhanced skillset”.

“The expansion of digital learning has broadened the learning environment within the business. The onboarding of new talent is now a much more efficient process, and the flexibility and convenience has enabled trainees to learn in a way that suits them as individuals,” said Charlotte.

In the automotive glazing industry, keeping up to date with the latest technology and industry trends is vital. Utilising technology such as TalentLMS will continue to drive the standards of the business and exceptional service for our customers.
